Leather care - to keep your leather boots or ankle boots looking their best, polish them regularly. Not only will this keep them looking new but it will also protect them against water and scuffing.
For boots to look their best they need to fit you beautifully. That's why we offer a choice of calf sizes so you can find your personal fit.
- Sit down and place your feet flat on the floor.
- Wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your calf.
- Measure both calves to the nearest 1cm (use the wider measurement when placing your order).

For ankle boots to look and feel sensational they need to fit you perfectly. We offer different width fittings - to help find a perfect fit that feels amazing to wear.
FIND YOUR FOOT WIDTH:
- Place a fabric tape measure on the floor cm side down.
- Place your foot on the tape measure and stand firmly on top of it.
- Measure around the circumference of your foot at its widest point – usually from the bone just below your big toe, to the bone below your little toe (the tape measure should be at slight angle)
- Make a note of your measurement. It’s quite common to find a slight variation in size between each foot, so it’s best to measure both feet and use the wider measurement.
- On the Ankle Boots page select your foot size and then choose your corresponding width fitting.

Poor quality
When I opened the box I was impressed with the lovely textured grain of the soft leather, the fact the boots were leather lined as well and looked good. Then I took the second boot from the box and stood them side by side....one was taller than the other as it had been finished badly, stitching was all wonky, tab was stitched on wonky too and one panel of the boot was a much much darker brown to the point it looked like a pair of seconds. Such a shame as they fitted round my calf perfectly, and although quite a generous fit on the ankle due to the straight cut of the boot I think this left good space for a pair of jeans. I think if I'd received a perfect pair I'd have been very happy with them. Then I had to pay £4.49 to return them even though it wasn't a choice to return them, they weren't of a satisfactory quality. My refund for the price of the actual boot was refunded promptly though, but no refund on the postage.
Brampton Boots
This is my third pair of boots from Duo and as always certainly not disappointed with the Brampton Boots. They have a great fit both around the calf and in foot width. I always have a problem buying boots from ANYWHERE else, so Duo it is for me

Brampton Boots
Hi - just received these, love them! They fit well around my ankles and calves (43, which I struggled to get anywhere else). Aside from the fit, the leather - and leather lining - is lovely.

What can I say? I'm almost speechless! For the first time in my life (I'm in my 6th decade) I am wearing boots that fit perfectly around my calves. And not only that, the foot width is good too. What a combination! Such joy! And bonus - I love the box. I plan to colour it in. Thank you Duo Boots.
