If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your order to us at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund on the cost of the products. Products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging with the original purchase receipt. For further details see our Terms & Conditions.
Please note: We cannot accept returns of used product care items. DuoBoots will assess each case independently. Your statutory rights are not affected. We advise that you use a traceable and insured postal service to return your products to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Costs for returning products are the full responsibility of the purchaser, and are non-refundable by DuoBoots, unless you received a faulty or wrongly despatched item.

Returns made with our returns service will take 3 to 7 working days to reach us. Timescales will vary for returns made with other methods. Once received, we try to process returns as soon as possible; however please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive confirmation by email once your refund has been made. We will refund any money owed to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Funds usually take 3 to 5 working days to clear to your account, however please allow up to 10 working days. Your refund will appear on your bank statement as www.duoboots.com.
Yes, you may return goods purchased online to our Bath store in the UK. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in the original condition, complete with the original packaging and proof of purchase. Please note that the store will not be able to action your refund or exchange request in store. A new purchase will need to be made if you’d like a new product in exchange from the store.
In extremely rare cases, you may find that the wrong item has been sent to you or your item has arrived faulty or damaged. Please call us on 1800 427 135 or email us here so that we can arrange a free return for you. We will be more than happy to send you out a replacement as quickly as we can.
