Strong boot and good fit
I like the boots fort their fit, that is quite comfortable. The slim fit for the ankle suits tide but fine.
Perfect calf fit, great tread sturdy for urban and bush adventures - which is why l purchased the boot. I have a narrow foot so the foot and ankle parts of the boots a little wide for me, but this allows me to wear a heavy duty winter sock. Very happy with my boots; comfortable and great fit. Excellent postal service and sales support over the phone to help me get the right fit. Only down side was one boot has some wrinkly textured leather and l am used to smooth leather. Bit of a rustic or rugged look that has grown on me!
Love Love Love
I did size up but found I didn’t really need to. But it did allow me to put an arch support orthotic in so that was good. Having said that, the footbed is the best I’ve had in a Duo Boot. I really like them. The ankles do have a tiny bit of sag in them but I do have to get the highest calf size so that is probably why. They are so comfortable! I love them to bits! The customer service was seriously outstanding too!
The boots are very lovely but uncomfortable and I've worn them several times hoping they'd stretch or at least give a little by the little toes. They are very uncomfortable and I don't know if I'm able to return them.
Not a good fit.
The fit on these was horrible - smaller on the calves than other Duo boots I've bought in the past and really small around the ankles - like there was no grading to expect that a calf with a wider portion on the top would translate to more room below. Just disappointing ultimately when I loved my Duo Boots that I had before. :(
